Great customer service. As long as you plan ahead you can secure specific dates for deliveries, pick up and redeliveries. Everything happened on time and as planned, which when you are moving, is paramount. Each and every driver was professional, polite, skilled at maneuvering these huge things into precise spots. Pricing was great as well. Very easy and would recommend to anyone moving.

Move from TN to CA. Early steps of the PODs experience were great. The unit arrived on time and was picked up on time. At this point the channels of communication broke down and the experience really soured. The pod was not being time stamped and for some reason (not a single person could explain) the pod remains at the TN storage site and will likely not get delivered after PODs has had the container for a whole month. Have had multiple customer services agents place me on hold and then the call mysteriously drops. Very frustrating. Very disappointing experience for a nationally renowned service.
