I guess this is what I get for staying in a 1 or 1.5 star hotel. The room smelled clean, but TV remote didn't have batteries and two light bulbs were missing from the fixtures. The hotel is dirty as a whole, no covers for the bathroom fan and everything could use a good remodel. The staff did bring batteries and replaced the bulbs in a timely manner so that was good and they were extremely nice.

I would give it a zero but I can't. I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this place. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The pool area was horrible. The water was dirty, a light kept popping and smoke coming out, a light that was supposed to be in the pool was sitting outside the pool with the wires still attached inside the water, the entire pool area was disgusting. There was mold throughout the motel including the room we stayed in. We also saw cockroaches. I could go on! This hotel is disgusting!!!! Do not recommend!!!

Very disappointing! Our family has been coming here for almost 20 years so we decided to stay the weekend here for my son's birthday because he had so many good memories at Park Tower Inn. Things are definitely not being handled by management in any capacity. Our first room had roaches then we were given another room. The jacuzzi was closed off, elevators were almost all closed down. The smell of septic would knock you down the closer you get to the swimming area. The panel of the window in the pool area was barely hanging by a thread. The steps of the stairs going down to the pool area were falling apart. And to top everything, my car was hit in the parking lot. Of course the cameras weren't on, or directed to the parking lot, and I've been waiting on management to call me for nearly 3 days. Oh, and another couple at checkout was getting a partial refund because they had bed bugs. Definitely NOT worth $216 for two nights. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!

We chose this hotel because they offered an indoor pool, game room and reasonable rates. We booked 2 rooms for a 4 night stay (Arrived Wednesday and leaving Sunday). Upon arrival we were found to have been charged the day before without being told ahead of time. They said we wouldn’t be charged until checking in. Then they said the pool was down for maintenance until Monday. We were extremely disappointed, but decided to stay anyhow. The room was spacious and clean. There were no comforters on the beds like most hotels have. The elevators on one side of the hotel didn’t work. So if the pool would have been open, it was 4 flights down. They charge you $5 for breakfast and it’s only open for 3 hours in the very early morning hours. The game room is so little. You couldn’t even shoot pool from every side of the pool table. On our third night, a family checked into the hotel. They were given our room and room key and walked right into our unit. Talk about being shocked. How can a hotel mess up that bad??? Then on our final night we were sitting in an area above the lobby and a woman came in wearing a bathing suit and towel wrapped around her. I thought that strange if the pool was down. So we took the treck down to the basement and the pool area was full of people swimming. So I went to the front desk and she said the pool was fixed Thursday. I was so mad. All she could say was “sorry”. They should have let guests know it was back working. We will never go back to this place.

We stayed there last weekend and it had a very strong clearer smell thought the hallways. I was at check out and a lady was complaining of having problems breathing and had to check out because of it. I did not swim but my daughter did and i stayed in the area. It had a very strong pool chemical smell. Im not sure if that helps but i can see how that could make someone feel ill.
I just have to say for what it is it was a good stay. I got my room super duper cheap so I didn't expect the Hampton Inn. In case the rest of you didn't know co-vid has really affected hotels more then most other businesses out there. Most people have decided not to work and sit back and collect unemployment benefits when they could be working. They are under staffed and not because they want to be.
What Steve Abney said, I was just there last weekend 7 thru the 10th.
