Perfectly fine hotel 😊 Didn’t spend much time in the room to be honest, we were busy vacationing hard-core but I have no complaints. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and smelled good. Fridge and microwave worked and were clean. Hotel has 2 pools which was nice. One outdoor and one indoor, which my room overlooked. Indoor pool also has a jacuzzi, not sure about the outdoor one. It’s right on Parkway which is the main thoroughfare in town, so you’re minutes away from all the touristy stuff and in very close walking distance from a lot of activities and fun places. Would definitely stay here again. Always have nice stays at best westerns.

My dad was concerned about staying here when I told him it was a Best Western hotel. He quickly apologized after seeing how nice the rooms were. Good breakfast for free included. We got a king family suite and queen family suite with a fireplace. The rooms were very clean, big, and nice. Outdoor pool is open until midnight, so if you plan on going to bed early, you may want ear plugs or something to drown out the noise. Indoor pool closes at 10. Convenient location. I would def stay here again.

4 day stay. Clean rooms and easy to find. Kids loved they could choose either inside or outside pool. Breakfast was so-so, They were very helpful and considerate that we needed new parking pass and room key. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were warm and clean and always had plenty of towels available. My kids loved it! The breakfast had a large variety of foods for the whole family! Negative: Booked a room off the pool. Pictures on website made it look like you had a private balcony that overlooks the pool but it was actually a shared balcony between all the rooms on the pool. Still nice & had tables to sit at. But was expecting my own balcon!
