Honestly don’t know where to start… Me and my husband came here to celebrate my birthday from NC. Arrived about 10 at night...however before all that when booking I got a room that included breakfast, nice pics and so on…Thought we got a nice hotel. 😅 Boy we was fooled. There was patches all over the ceiling. Rooms were out dated. They weren’t giving out breakfast nor had a sit down area because of renovations which is wrong since we paid for it. And worst of it all the mattress was shot you literally could hear the springs in the bed when you barely set down on it…absolutely horrible. We literally at 11 o clock got a different hotel that night and lost our money because they also don’t give refunds. It’s unprofessional and the hotel needs to be shut down for letting people sleep on beds likes that…and from other peoples reviews I see I’m not the only one to experience that. Seriously just shut your hotel down instead of ripping people off to stay in your outdated uncomfortable hotel.

Location is the best part about this place. Not enough towels.. and the bed is the worst. It's springy, when you sit on it, it makes a loud bang noise, and it leans downhill and feels like there is a big hole in it. Woke to back pain and could not sleep because of it. No I don't have back issues. Some of the ceiling is peeling, and the carpet is meh. So not coming back. Not worth the money.

Great location right across from the island, Alcatraz and pirate voyage dinner show also lots more around there. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was nice , clean bedspreads and sheets , I always check them out when staying somewhere. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay there again if I make my way down to Pigeon Forge again!

I found a water bug in my room. On my last night there my toilet stopped up. I had to plunge it on my own. Rooms could have been cleaner. Some of the air conditioning units need to be replaced. On the plus side the staff is very friendly. The pool with the water slide is good. The location is goof.
