Positive: The front desk staff was super nice. We asked for early check-in, she was nice enough to call the cleaning team and let us in early. The room was spacious, I really like the window seat bench which allows us to sit and enjoy the nice view. Negative: The swimming pool could be bigger. But it is nice to have a pool.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the beds were comfy. The man at the front desk wasn't friendly, the room was clean but had a musty smell, the room was VERY small, breakfast was blan and didn't have many options, even down to the elevator making weird noises, paint chips all over the walls, parking lot is weird and awkward. And at no fault to the owners but the people beside us was SO loud! And we witnessed a bad argument in the parking lot. And woke up to loud argument and yelling. Hair in the tub, faucet was loose. Just overall a bad experience. It's secluded and I feel like people take advantage of that. We paid $150 for 1 night. Then went to a 4 star suite that was easily 10/10 and paid $370 for 4 nights. You do the math. Horrible. Just horrible.

Positive: The view from our room was good. Having a mini kitchen was a nice surprise. Negative: Recommendation: Install hand rails in the showers so when elderly folks take showers they don't slip. Pillows could be better. I booked a Dog Friendly Room, desk clerk needs to be a little more relatable with the public.

Why are the reviews so low? My stay here was great! I got a king suite, and it wasn't more expensive than most of the motels around the area which was awesome! The room was big, there were ceiling lights, and I checked in early too for no extra cost. Bed was super comfortable and firm, shower had good water pressure, wifi was reliable. Staff was just fine, got the job done. Continental breakfast had a good spread with waffles, biscuits, cereals, bagels, muffins, eggs, coffee, juice. I really enjoyed my stay here!

When I was there it was 6,30 till 9,30 but they kept on till 10
I've never had a problem with calling. Of course I did most of my booking online and only called to follow up
It wouldn't matter to me. It was a dump and the management was a joke. I wouldn't stay there if I had to pitch a tent.
I didn't see a grill when i was there. Also, i would never stay there again. Not clean at all.
