Is something wrong with their phones because they sure don't answer

I've never had a problem with calling. Of course I did most of my booking online and only called to follow up

So when i was trying, an employee had left their phone off the hook. I was forced to find the number of the general manager and tell him.

If it's before 6 the manager isn't there yet

Had no problem with our stay very nice place would stay again

Someone is always at the desk. Exception is when out in property helping guests

Call in the early morning

Early morning is the best time to call.
