Said 15 minute wait, but was more like 5. Staff very Friendly, as was the Atmosphere. They have a Buffett with lots of Choices. A few examples Fried Bologna, Biscuits N Gravy, Fresh Fruit(including Watermelon Triangles) & even Apple Butter. You can also Order off the Menu. I got 3 BIG Tasty Pancakes & Eggs to Order, which the Eggs came EXACTLY like I ordered (Over Easy). My Wife ordered Pancakes & Country Ham. They gave her a generous portion of Country Ham. One important Small caveat, but big piece to me, is their Syrup is really good 😋 They brought a Dispenser of it to the Table, which it was Warm to Hot...... yummy! Teresa our Waitress was fantastic! Reagan's is definitely worth a try & a place we will return to at some point 😎

Nice little breakfast place. We had the buffet which had pancakes, biscuits, French toast, sausage, fried bologna, fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls with cream cheese sauce that you could ladle on to them. You could put cherries, blueberries, syrup, or fresh whipped cream on your pancakes or French toast and there were grits but I got so full on what I had I forgot they were there. Silly me, I love grits.

My hubby and I stayed at the red roof inn so we got FREE pancake breakfast at Reagan’s. For only $5 per person we were able to upgrade to the buffet. A very cute interior decor, and yummy breakfast buffet. My man says the bathrooms were adequate. The only downside was that a waitress walked in and when asked how she was, she said “not well, I’m sick”, in the midst of omicron outbreak DONT COME TO WORK SICK!

We live in Pigeon Forge and we go there for special occasions like Christmas morning, and that's where we will be this Christmas! We always go to the one just north of McDonalds! All you can eat... literally! I LOVE their grits, like my Mother used to make, with link sausage, and all kinds of goodies! Mmmm... can't wait! And, $8.99 is the real price.
For locals..... but I was not a local and they gave me the good price. So I tipped a little more than normal. Its WELL worth the $5.99. Well worth it.
No think it's always been Reagan's. Very good food.
8.99 yes they have country ham don't have local but do have senior discount
