This was, by far, the worst experience í have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Just two of us arrived at this unit around 12:15 Sunday. We waited at the hostess stand nearly 8 minutes before even being acknowledged. The manager walked past us twice without even letting us know we were noticed. I counted 12 empty tables in the dining room, but when the host gets us she told us it would be 10 to 15 minutes. When we finally got seated, it was another 10 minutes (I timed it) before we were greeted by our server. We got our drinks ordered and waited another 10 minutes for them. I ordered the Grandpa's Breakfast and my girlfriend ordered the Sunday homestyle chicken. 18 minutes later, I got a single player with a chicken breast, 2 eggs and the side of hashbrown casserole. Nothing else. I asked about biscuits and jelly and was fine with my meal before they came out. Just biscuits and butter, no jelly. We also are more than half the meal without refills. I remember the Grampa's breakfast having a lot more than that. Anyway, when we went to pay, the cashier asked how everything was, I told her it was the worst experience of any Cracker Barrel. She offered to get the manager and I told her he was standing 20 get from is the whole time and didn't bother to do anything, so I doubt he'd be able to do anything now. If this is what Cracker Barrel has devolved to, I don't think I'll be coming back. I definitely won't ever stop at the Statesboro, GA location again.

Honestly if I could give this place less than a 1 I would. It is consistently a hit or miss. Today we arrived at 11 am and had to wait 10 mins which is fine except we waited 45 mins for our food. When our food arrived it was cold and when we called the manager on duty over he acted as though he could have cared less. When he offered to remake our food I asked how long it would take and instead of making it right he just said a while because they were backed up. He took care of the bill and told us that he hoped we had a better day. Our waitress was nice but seemed overwhelmed. Please do us all a favor and font go to this Craker Barrel....go somewhere when the staff care about their customers!

Yes! Cracker Barrel is open during regular business hours on Thanksgiving Day and serving a traditional Thanksgiving meal beginning at 11 am. Make sure to use the Online Wait List to lessen your wait time.
They followed all Covid protocols, food, and service were great! Very clean.
The traditional Southern feast.
They are open and also taking bulk catering orders for Thanksgiving up until that following Monday I think and disturbing them wed and thur. But call just in case to check on the catering to see of they haven't change anything if you would like that options
Tammy, A lot of Companies like CRACKER BARREL really frown on doing telephone JOB INTERVIEWS. Interviewers like to see the FACIAL REACTIONS to certain Questions & some also like the COMFORT FACTOR of the On-Site job interview. Also, If you're HIRED, The interviewer can take you on a TOUR of your NEW job site. But, W/ today's changes in Company Policies, You might be able to check on their Companie's Website. GOOD LUCK TAMMY!!
Hey, JoAnn, you'll need to email the store direct. Glad u had a gr8 Thanksgiving!!
