First visit to a trampoline/extreme sports park. Went to take advantage of kid jump for our grandson who is 4 and autistic. Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable, advised me on best deal for future use. I wasn’t sure if we would return but after a few minutes of okay, I decided to sign up for a membership. My only concern is how often the equipment is cleaned and maintained. But all seemed to be in order.

Definitely pricey, but our kids had a blast! From age range of 5 to 35, there were activities to keep us all entertained and having fun! Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

I live less than two minutes from Defy. I signed my wife up along with my 3 children for the initial required 3 month family membership. I think it is a really good deal and you get a lot of value. My 3 month membership was about to expire and I wanted to pause it for a little while, with the intention to restart it again a few months down the road. I initially tried calling the company to cancel and I was directed to the website. I went on to the website, easily found the cancel membership link and began filling out my information. Unfortunately I had to fill out a cancellation for each of my children and my wife. Each additional member has a unique 9 digit membership number that needs to be tracked down and input. Once I saw it was going to be a little more time consuming I decided just to drop by, because it was so close. When I asked to cancel my membership, I was told to go to the website. When I asked if there was no other way, I got what I felt was some sass from the front desk employee. I was befuddled and probably asked 1 more time just to make sure. I headed to the exit and could begin to feel frustration starting to boil about my experience with Defy as a business. Keep in mind, I wanted to simply pause my membership and come back in a few months. As I was nearing the exit, I thought, maybe this was just a one off with a low level employee. I turned around and decided to ask for a manager. He was extremely empathetic and profession. He offered to walk me through the cancellation processional. He had all 9 digit membership numbers readily available for me to input into my phone. As I pushed cancel I got an error message from the website. So I re-entered the information and was given the same message from the website. I don't know if others had a similar experience, but I felt compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. I will probably re-activate my membership in a few months, because I live so close. But, this whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth about how the business. The highlight of the company for me was that they hired a fantastic shift manager.

Far too expensive. And only offering 1.5 hours on weekdays instead of one hour is insane. Almost $65 for two kids in crazy.
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
12 dollars per 30 minutes
Walk in is great. There is not age limit I know of.
$40 for ALL Night, includes Pizza and grip socks!
Yes. There's two. One has a ramp you can jump off of on your way to the hoop
Yes. You will just be responsible
The new location is new, they moved not far from their old location
Expensive to me.. jump rates are hour or hour and half you'll want the hour and a half for the people that show up late $3 for socks mandatory get all parents to do waiver before will help alot i don't know the exact price now that it is DEFY instead of jump jam but less than $20 a kid. Here's the expensive part the party room is a VERY small cider block room That was $300!! to do it there so what we do is take them to jump for hour and half then drive them back to our house for cake ice-cream gifts playtime til pick up. I hope that helps! The room wasn't worth the $
If you can go at 9 am, you only have to pay for socks for both of you ($3 each) and you will get in free with your child (6 and under is $11 for 60 minutes). From 9-10 Monday through Saturday, they have a KidJump that's just for kids under 6. It's a lot better for the little ones, because you don't have to worry about someone trampling your kid! And you get to jump with them for free!
Yes and you only have to buy them once, if you remember to bring them every time you go back.
No
You would have to contact owner or manager for that sort of information.
Definitely not! For 5 kids over the age of 7- 8 and then 2 adults it cost me around $100 and that was after buying socks for everyone as well. We all jumped for 1.5 hours and had access to the whole park. It is awesome, there are things for almost all ages and skill levels, and it is definitely worth the money in my opinion! We were all worn out when our time was up, and the kids all keep asking when we will be going back. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Hope this helps!
Google Jump Jam its on the google page. If you know how to ask questions on google then you know how to google. Jussayin. 11am 7pm
11- 7 most holidays unless it's rented out to a private party
Call the location . Not sure but I would imagine yes if its not real busy
We paid $300 for 1 hour jump time and 1 hour private room time. They supply decorations, 2 large pizzas and 2 pitchers of drinks
Yes
My son has the flight pass, and none of his friends have ever been able to just jump for free. I have always had to sign the waver form out plus pay for them to be able to jump with him for an hour.
Tommy, for the best deal go to Groupon and purchase a 90 minute jump pass. Last weekend, it was only$10.40 and that was including taxes. You can buy up to 10 of the 90 minute passes through Groupon. So you are looking at roughly $35.00 for an awesome air bending adventure.
It was 82 dollars for 3 boys. Ages 15-13+10
Not at this time
It depends on the amount of time the kids want to jump. It's listed on their website but it's generally about $27 or so for 2 hours per kid.
There is a fairly lengthy waiver that needs to be filled out by the parent who then can add a child and fill a waiver out for them as well. Because injury liability is a big issue for a place like that, they are pretty thorough in making sure they are not legally responsible. I would count on having to go in with your child the first time to fill all the information out.
Yes
Yes, but most of the kids take them off anyway 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I really don't know. I'm sorry I couldn't help you.
Yes
The best idea is if you plan on going more than once to get the premier package its $25 unlimited jumping through the week and they can stay up to two hours on the weekends free pair of socks or you're going to pay $25 for two hours or hour and a half
There is a groupon right now, but it comes with even tickets. So you could get a 6 person pass for 90 minutes for$69 or get a 4 person 90 min pass for 51 then a 1 person pass for 90 minutes for 14. The only thing is they are 90 minutes not 2 hrs. Maybe 10 bucks a piece for spending money. We only got the dip and dots and they are 4 bucks a piece. If they dont have defy grip socks you have to buy those too and I think they are 2 or 2.50 a piece. Hope this helps!!
Kinda. They have "Flight Passes" which allow you to come a certain number of times per week/month for an hour or two depending on how much you pay. Not sure if they offer gift cards but I would assume so.
Adults 14.50 6 and under 10.50 2 and under is free
It was about $11.50 for one hour for my six year old, but it varies based on when you go and for how long. Here's the website address, http://www.defy.com/knoxville. Adults can watch for free, but if want to jump, check the site for pricing. Also note they require you have their socks, so you'll have to buy new ones if this is your first time there. Have fun!
Check the website
i believe its around $30
They have prices listed on the website... it's different for different days/times/ages.
They have prices listed on the website. Also, remember that if you don't have their grip socks, you will have to buy them for everyone (which is $3 each).
Kids kinda fuss a little if/when they fall (ages 2, 4, 5), but they got right back up and were fine! And the staff is very vigilant, rushing over if one of the kids acts hurt, extending their services and making themselves available to help if needed.
You can rent it out for private parties. It's more expensive but it's an option
11 and up.

Yes! 9 am-9pm
It allows weekends! Last day to purchase is 8/15/18... must purchase a regular flight ticket to become eligible for the $10 pass.
Yes
It's $15 for 7 and over for an hour
At 6a.m.
We require a parent or legal guardian to complete the waiver for anyone under the age of 18... Once completed, you are welcome to attend with anyone else.
About 2 years
No there not free i think they were like 5 to 7 dollars but you can bring back your socks so you wont have to buy anymore the next time
No. Might want to wash them occasionally. Lol
You need a reservation but you can bring a cake I believe
They don't post the information since it is on a case-by-case basis. You'll need to call them directly to rent out the facility.
Yes they do
You can jump for as long as you are willing to pay for jist have to tell them at the front when you pay.
There are discounts on Groupon and LivingSocial sometimes
They have certain specials throughout the week as well.
It cost us 18 today
You would have to buy special sick for each of you as well as the price of entrance. You can prepurchase the entrance tickets online ahead of time and it would give you a better idea of how much it's going to cost.
Yes, there are different age groups separated from the bigger ones.
They'll give you gift cards for what you don't use there that day so you may use in the future.
There are coupons out there and if you've never been they may help you out your first time.
Your party should have exceptionally discounted rates.
more of a staff question... sorry, wish i could answer!
15.00 plus 3.00 for socks...but if your having a Birthday Party, the bd boy or girl get their socks free.
They moved about a block away past the old location next left and down the street on the left side.
You might want to call, don't think they will advertise if they do or do not accept expired coupons.
