Walk in is great. There is not age limit I know of.
Jump Jam is walk in, however I do know that on the weekend after a certain time they only allow ages 12 & up in the evening hours I think. Well that's what my Husband, and I were told when we tried taking our 9 year old Daughter down there on a Saturday evening anyways so we ended up taking her Sunday when they first opened for the day. Good Luck !! BOTH of our Daughters absolutely LOVE Jump Jam.
Walk in is usually how everyone goes. I believe they also have parties, such as birthdays and such. I have seen all ages jumping. Our daughter loves it as well as all her friends.
Walk-ins welcome
The only thing you have to reserve is a room for a party, if you want to have like a birthday party or such. To my knowledge.
They normally do not have any time or day exception for not allowing kids to enter. They do have a limited number of kids allowed to be jumping at a time. That is why they moved to a bigger place in order to accommodate the large amount of kids wanting to jump.
It is but I'd recommend resorvations
