VERY busy conjested place... Understaffed. Very nice staff and good hearted with a desire to help everyone but not enough workers to meet the overwhelming needs of people. Staff needs to be trained to be more knowledgeable of basic housing rights, laws and other FAQ. This place is an invaluable service that deserves expanded funding.

Hi Amilia - please visit one of our tenant counseling clinics to receive additional assistance. We have an office located in the Mission that's open in the afternoon and an office in the Richmond that's open in the morning - both locations have phone numbers. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this!
You have to fight the restraining order through the courts and your attorney. The housing authority will help with landlords wrongfully evicting tenants.
