My youth group stayed here and absolutely LOVED it! We had the Townhouse rooms that are two-levels. Great location, the hotel is within walking distance to the Island and other attractions and restaurants. They have a free breakfast and super friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend.

My complaint seems to be the same as everyone elses. Kids not being watched at the pool. Both times I've attempted to swim with my child, we have had to move pools due to unattended children. Little kids jumping in right on top of me and my son. My son is 7 and can't swim ( he also has a brain tumor. the whole reason we're here is to soften the blow of neurology appointments) Another child just tried to push him in the pool and was trying to drag him around the pool by his life jacket. Other than that, location is really nice and everything. But this seems to be an ongoing issue. Another issue I encountered was placing my reservation online. I got a confirmation email and everything. Once I arrived they said that my card was declined. I showed them the email that showed it was confirmed and there were no issues on mine. He was able to get me in a room at the rates I had expected to pay. So that was nice. I would have been irate trying to drive around to find something else. I will try here again to give it a chance because of the cleanliness and location, but the unattended kids at the pool will be an issue. There's signs all over that say no running or jumping but they're jumping off the hot tub and the side of the rocks and everything. Not a parent in sight. I didn't know who either one of those kids belonged to.

My husband and I come to pigeon Forge every year, and have stayed at different hotels throughout the years, but Valley Forge inn is now our favorite, and this will be our place from now on where we will stay. It’s a Christian owned hotel, which we really liked. The staff was wonderful, rooms extremely clean. We also loved the pool’s..It’s very family oriented and it’s never a moment you feel unsafe. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at the Valley Forge has always been pleasant. In the times that we have stayed there Autumn has helped us with booking. Autumn has always been very helpful. She goes above and beyond with her kindness and thoughtfulness. I hope the Valley Forge knows how blessed they are to have a wonderful employee. Although I did not get his name, the young man that checked us in upon our arrival was too very pleasant and kind with providing us with information. We will definitely be staying there again, in our future visits to Pigeon Forge.

Good evening! No, I’m sorry but we do not accept pets. The PF Dept of Tourism has a list of pet friendly properties in town; you can contact them on mypigeonforge.com. Thank you!
Yes we paid deposit but if cancellation you get it back if cancellation is more than 48 hrs I do believe. It's very close to the Island and walking distances to most everything.
They have king suits with two rooms and a connecting bathroom and there are smoking allowed on the balcony and designated areas
Yes on the far back side rooms that run parallel to the river. The rear parking area seperates the hotel from the river so not the most scenic location but can hear all the music from the island as it is in walking distance.
