We love staying here for our vacations or even just for an over night. Staff is great. Only thing i wish is that the pool stayed open longer at night cause thats the best part about staying on vacation is pool access. I understand safety and all that but you have to check out by 11am and the pool dont open up til 10am so if it stayed open longer in the night i believe that would take care of the morning time. But still great place to sleep and their breakfast that you get is free and all you can eat. They do a wonderful job.
The cleaning and maintenance crew are good as well. Held doors for people on walkers and wheelchairs. You don't get that everywhere.
Awesome staff!!! Very attentive to a guests needs and absolutely wonderful with the little ones.
Always had good experiences with this hotel. We have stayed with this property, at various times, for 12 years.
I love this placeihave stayed at this hotel almost every summer for the past 20 years or longer with my own children and now my grandchildren they are awsome....my mother passed away unexpectedly while I was there on vacation and they didn't charge us a penny and had staff back our things above and beyond
Kim Scalf I agree about the pool part it would be great if it was open longer or all night especially the one inside with the hottub because when it's late I could use it especially the way my neck and back is, but usually I don't get there until late or when they are about to shut it down and don't have enough time too
