Our stay here was great. Not only was it reasonable, but the location and amenities made the stay even sweeter. I booked here last minute after not being pleased with my stay elsewhere in Gatlinburg. The pool and hot tub was a hit for my family. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. When I called room service, they handled my requests quickly. I would definitely return here.

This hotel has always been clean every time we visit. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The views of the river are beautiful. The breakfast is back but more limited than before COVID. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We love this place and we have stayed many times. It is our go to for hotels in the area.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Pigeon Forge. From the great location to the amazing grounds behind the lodge to the affordable price with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean and welcoming. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. I would recommend this place to anyone.

When we booked the room we asked for a handicap accessible room and none were available. We were put in a room on the street side nearly as far away from the elevators as possible. First night I called the front desk to have part of the room cleaned, because there are mouse droppings in the cabinet above the microwave. I was told someone would do it the following day. It never was cleaned. This hotel is also not ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. The paths are not marked at all for someone in a wheelchair. The front desk was less than helpful and actually thought it was funny. The staff actually had the nerve to ask my wife how long she had been in a wheelchair like it was her fault for the property not being in ADA compliance. There is literally 1 handicap marker on the property that we have found and it is on the breakfast area.In the hotel's defense they do give a map of the property but the ADA paths aren't on the map. The public restroom in the front office is not ADA compliant as there is no safety bar on the wall. The Americans with Disabilities Act is not an option for hotels, it is a requirement under Federal Law. We made the best of our stay, but we will not return

The same thing happened to us but they said someone got sick in the pool and they had to shock the pool.
Yes it's a nice clean hotel.
Nice outdoor area with gas fire pit and grills right on the river
I heard they are not kid friendly. They kicked out an entire children's baseball team and all family members affiliated with the team because at 7 pm they thought the children were too loud at the pool. They even kicked out family members with rooms at Econolodge that we're not even there at the time. Smh
I think its because once people start feeding them they become reliant on people. And become a nuisance. That is my opinion not sure what the exact reason is by city officials.
Yes connecting room nice 👌 place to. Stay in the middle of everything
They are not private balconies. The rooms open to an outdoor hallway. People did have chairs sitting outside of their rooms.
Weather, com has a great app you can download. It will give you weather forecast for any where hou want to go.
If I remember correctly, the pool closes at 11 p.m.
