Yes it's a nice clean hotel.
It is an older hotel but clean, nice big breakfast and peaceful sitting by the river

By far one of the nicest places to stay in Pigeon Forge. For the price you cannot beat it.
It is a very nice place,pretty good breakfast and the pool and hot tub are well kept and clean. The grounds around the hotel,and within,are very clean and well kept as well. There is also a place being to sit by the river and feed the geese,ducks and pigeons if you have little ones(mine loved it). I would very much recommend this place.

The pool area is kind of small but its a nice clean motel and the staff are helpful and friendly
Yes, they maintain the property quite well. Over the past 15 years when we have stayed from time to time, they have updated rooms several times. It is well worth the money spent to stay there.
