Reserved a room pulled in walked in front and pulled back out..They charged us and we never stayed very disgusted. These pictures were obviously taken prior to opening. The pool is not a pool its a hot tub there was room for one family at a time, run down.Lies!!!2 days later still waiting on a response....

Good place great breakfast everything from muffins to eggs and sausage. The guy that was working there that night went above and beyond to make us comfortable there. Pool is open but closed cause we got there late and left early. They are dog friendly also.

We stayed at this location because they are pet friendly. Our room was simple but very clean, beds were comfy. Staff was accommodating and super friendly. Good Breakfast. The location is central in Pigeon Forge, right off the parkway and adjacent to the Island.

This hotel itself it right close to everything at Pigeon Forge. There was some street noise, but honestly, it's what you should expect when you are in such a prime location . They had really friendly staff, easy check-in check out. The room itself was cozy and very clean. It does have jetted tubs with room for two. There are plenty of soaps and towels. Our room also had a fireplace with a timer.. the right way to do it if you ask me. It came in handy for our trip in January. There was some wind noise, not sure if it was from the outside or the fireplace, but not much you can do about that. They allowed pets and free breakfast, but we didn't use those accommodations. I highly recommend for a family outing or quick get away with your love.
