It’s close enough to everything you’ll need but far enough away to not be stuck in the hustle of the traffic and tourist . Kids enjoyed the pools wasn’t over crowded . Danielle was great we had a issue with the bed she made sure when we arrived the next night to have it replaced!! Thank you so much. Rooms was very clean and Perfect size for a family of 5. We will be sure to book here again for our next trip away .

Nice clean hotel looks newish. Night clerk was outstanding helping me fix my mistake by booking a week too early. I am just thankful they had a room available for us. Only issue is carpet not glued down in hallways very well and caught on my flip flop when walking. But overall great night sleep.

Very pleased with our stay. Entire staff very professional. Room very clean, actually, entire hotel. One of my favorite things you did was to have my Hilton Honors waters in my room along with hard keys, car tag and other helpful information already in our room after checking in on the app. I wish other locations did this. You all provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

This hotel is really beautiful. The unfriendly staff made it have a completely different feel than our other stays in the past with different hotels. Don’t plan on going to the pool with your kids unless you plan to hear screaming the whole entire time while teenagers beam footballs across the pool at each other, while hitting everyone else in the process. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. They need to add fresh fruit and bacon/sausage and it would be better. We didn’t even eat it on our last day because we were all just ready to leave. The room was nicely set up. The lack of a bag for the ice bucket was gross. The worst part was the horrible smell that permeated the entire room. We couldn’t figure it out during our Thursday-Sunday stay…. Except, we finally did right before leaving on Sunday. I lifted the lid to the back of the tank on the toilet out of curiosity and there it was!!! BLACK MOLD and the smell just hit you and was so much stronger. I reported it upon checkout and showed her the picture I took to get an “I’m sorry” and nothing else. I had blurry vision our last two days there and it was worse after being in the room. I am so disappointed in the service we received and there was no offer to try and resolve the issue that ultimately affected our stay and experience.

There is no guarantee you will get the room you are reserving.... while I was there a woman had reserved a handicap room and when she arrived they had none. She had to get a regular room.
