You'll obviously not get the management to answer a question like this. I also had a rough time back in July. I looked towards the positive to negate the massive amount of negative. Ya know, the pool was nice. Given that's what your intent was and not attractions.
My experience here was as bad as yours. I would no advise anyone to stay here and the name sure does not represent America.
I just came to check in.. and this hotel is a mess! First the parking lot... everybody is so spaced it that we drove around the building twice before we found a spot to park in, there is even a car parked blocking a ramp! I asked for all 3 to be near each other and I have 1 room that is on a completely different floor! I also asked to be on the ground floor and was split between the 3rd and 4th floors.. our air conditioner is broke and extremely hot in the room - my husband was messing with it trying to get the air to blow cold and we saw a coach roach run back into the unit. We are missing our fridge and coffee pot. Rooms are not cleaned very well as there are spots on the carpet all over the place. The bathroom area is missing trim, the walls are dirty and the ceiling is falling apart. I would leave and find somewhere else to go but my 6 year old is already asleep and it’s 2 in the morning
