Last minute reservation. We wanted to extend our trip a few extra days. Staff was nice. Needed a handicapped room as my husband recently broke his ankle. There wasn't one available, but they were able to give us a room on the ground floor. Room location was convenient. Beds were very uncomfortable and carpet was dirty with obvious stains. I travel a lot for work and usually stay at Choice Hotels. This stay was a bit of a bummer mainly because of the uncomfortable bed.

Very Dated Hotel. Room smelled of smoke, and animal. Furnishings were worn and busted. Bathroom was not well maintained. Room safe did not function, even though you pay a mandatory fee for it. The breakfast was ok. Honestly I would have went somewhere else if I would have not already booked a non-refundable room.

Positive: For the price this was a decent hotel close to everything. I also liked they had breakfast while several other hotels claimed they did but when we arrived they actually did not. Negative: Just needs updated but wasn't a big deal affecting our stay.

We have stayed here many times before. I can say now we will never stay here again! Previously, this hotel shared the indoor and outdoor pool with the neighboring Comfort Inn. That is no longer the case. Quality guests cannot go to the indoor pool at Comfort, but the desk said that Comfort Inn guests can still use the Quality Inn outdoor pool (I asked). We stayed three nights. The first day they cleaned our room (didn't replace coffee). The second day they didn't touch the room. We had to go ask for toilet paper, trash bags and towels. The whirlpool couldn't fill up because there wasn't enough water pressure. It was cold before it would fill up enough to use it. Breakfast was mediocre at best (biscuits not heated they have a sign telling you to microwave them). This hotel has really gone downhill over the years.
