Why are you the worst hotel in pigeon forge . Nasty manager and the room only had lights on one side of the room . There was no lights in the bathroom

How to get a refund credited back to your account
How can a local company not allow a local resident to not be able to stay in the hotel. We are flooded out of our home and this establishment will not allow us to stat there. Please do not stay in this hotel. The worst customer service ever!!!
