The staff at the front desk is wonderful!! The hotel is a great location but that’s IT. The pool was cloudy/milky looking out entire 5 day stay so our six year old was disappointed he couldn’t swim. Our room was not cleaned properly from day to (no vacuuming/ trash left/ bathroom not wiped down) the simple things that matter when staying in a hotel. Oh, and don’t get me started on the balcony! Absolutely disgusting I had to wipe it down myself so we could enjoy our view. Step it up Country Inn & Suites Pigeon Ford

Staff was great. Room was great. Room was large. Bed was comfy. Pillows, not so much. They would have been better off collecting duck and geese feathers outside and filling a pillow case. By far the worst pillow experience I have ever had a hotel or motel. 3 nights of absolute misery just over pillows. Bring your own or ask for about 10 to make 1 good one will greatly improve your experience. Breakfast was beyond wonderful.

Stayed here recently for 3 days and was quite pleased. Great location and the balcony overlooking the river afforded me some great photos of the river and wildlife. Beds were nice and comfortable and hot water for days. The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. Small indoor pool, but perfect for relaxing. There were a few areas in the room that were overlooked by housekeeping but overall the rooms were tidy. I'll visit here again.

The lady at the front desk is rude. Not welcoming at all. Our room was not clean. Their was long black hairs in our shower and crumbs in our bed. The ceiling in the bathroom is disgusting. Rooms are much smaller than how they are pictured online. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Definitely will not be staying here again.

I'm not sure whAt kind of beds they are..but they are VERY thick and super confortable..I have always enjoyed my stay...and the staff is very GOOD
I have only ever seen 2 ppl there. On older lady and a middle age man. Only seen him one time tho
Rooms were ok....but kinda dirty....place is under remodel....cost was 100 for 2....price is ok.....but by October you can choose from hundreds of places....this motel is first one when you enter piegon ford.....so you may want to get closer to middle of strip.....I would not go back here only because there are so many to choose from and inside pool was tiny and not someplace you feel comfy......just stayed here last week.......housekeeping through whole place is c- at best.....elevator was horribly dirty on walls like a subway wall.......sorry.....but truth hurts.....social media will hurt you so I say step up your cleanliness.....great view tho....beds were ok....just not my kind of r&r place at all
I dont think they have breakfast. The jacuzzi tub in our room did not work and it set right in the middle of the room so there was no privacy in it. The pool is small but it wasnt very crowded when we got in it.
