I've booked this place for end of October but some of the reviews I've read are unappealing. Some state there are roaches and bugs and the rooms are dirty. Can anyone help me out with this?

Rooms were ok....but kinda dirty....place is under remodel....cost was 100 for 2....price is ok.....but by October you can choose from hundreds of places....this motel is first one when you enter piegon ford.....so you may want to get closer to middle of strip.....I would not go back here only because there are so many to choose from and inside pool was tiny and not someplace you feel comfy......just stayed here last week.......housekeeping through whole place is c- at best.....elevator was horribly dirty on walls like a subway wall.......sorry.....but truth hurts.....social media will hurt you so I say step up your cleanliness.....great view tho....beds were ok....just not my kind of r&r place at all

We never saw any roaches and the rooms were clean we enjoyed our stay had a great time

My wife ripped the bed sheets off and looked under the mattress. No bugs. we had a room on the 7th floor looking towards the river. Its was great

We enjoyed our stay.. the lobby was freshly remodeled and the rooms were clean and comfy. I never seen any bugs. The only down fall we had was the pool is much smaller the in looks in pictures.
