I called 2 times, 7 days apart, trying to order top of the line tires "alenzas". Was told that they are out of stock but could be ordered. Was told both times I would get a call back. It has been 3 weeks since my first call. No call back so I stopped by but nobody was working the counter at 10am. Don't waste your time. If you must, go to the Tacoma mall location instead.

Chris from this Firestone is AWESOME. He took time out of his busy day to help me out with a small hubcap issue. Five minutes later I was back on the road completing my errands. Thank you Chris!!!!!

I've had issues with Firestones in the past but this one I have to say came through 10/10 got my car back in 24 hours when could have potentially been waiting for 5 to 6 luckily got a part that day ! Highly recommend if you need honest fast work done on your vehicle

I needed my front passenger wheel bearing replaced and I called two firestones. This location was able to get me in within 2 days! They ordered the parts and rush delivered it. They end up doing a great job. I was able to drive off the parking lot without all the noise I had before. Brian the store manager was very nice. Since I lived close by, he drove me home so I didn't have to wait 3+ hours. I also got my radiator flush. They were able to squeeze that in no problem.
