After bringing in my 2015 Hyundai Elantra for a miss in the engine, I was quoted over $2,000 to change the spark plugs and coils. I bought the parts and did it myself for $320 plus my labor. Also, I asked but did not get a copy of the repair estimate. Their power was out apparently, but they were able to diagnose it and also email me the diagnosis, just not the repair estimate, so go figure... I spoke with the lady at Meineke to try and understand how they came up with a $2,000 estimate for such a basic job. I was told the parts were really expensive, and they would cost more for their shop to buy them than it would for me to buy them retail. She mentioned she was quoted over $200 ea for coils for another job, and $50 for ea spark plug, which I paid $12 for (OME). The shop did reduce the diagnostic charge to around $80, which was nice, but I question their motives on quoting me over 3 times even the most liberal estimate. Needless to say I won't go back there again.

These guys stayed late on new years eve, in the ice and snow and temps in the teens, to do non-critical work on my car cause they ran out of some parts and had to go run and get some more. They were very nice, had another awesome customer in there for us all to talk with, and let me in back to hang out with them (btw, don't ask to do this. Let them offer. Some insurers would not be happy to find out customers get pet in the back at all). They didn't charge me any extra from the original price and refused when I offered more cause of the holiday. I don't often recommend a mechanic shop and much prefer to do all my own work, however these guys I do recommend. I went through them cause the work required welding and IDK how to weld. I was anxious, but my worries were unfounded. I can't thank they enough for what they did for me. They didn't complain an ounce about having to stay late and constantly told me to stop worrying about it as I was repeatedly apologizing.

This was the worst service I have ever seen in an auto shop. Not only did they quote out standard maintenance repairs at well over double what the labor and parts should have been, reflected by quotes from both a local and a chain automotive repair shop, but their mechanics also were clearly seen not following their own mask policies inside of their closet sized waiting room on too of lying through their teeth about other parts on the car being broken and needing replacement. Just a run down, over priced, careless place. Would never recommend to anybody.

2021 08 Morgan thee Manager knows what he is doing and well experienced in customer satisfaction. I saw him turn around three walk in customers day from awful to wanting to pay just because they want the same excellent service next go around. Morgan said I got you and I believed him a Hard worker and two great tecs that get cars done daily. Now I'm chilling because the new AC rocks THX Tecs. The place is clean inside and no garbage in the parking lot area. These guys keep their word about pricing and letting you know your choices as they work on a vehicle. This location was very busy and so best if you call first and schedule a time slot to drop it off. I would tell a friend to go here. Also patience helps
