One of my fobs died and I went and bought a battery replacement. Still did not work The owner's manual didn't say if the fob (after battery replacement) had to be reprogrammed to make the vehicle recognize it. I say that because the fob still did not work after replacing the battery. I tried to reprogram the fob by the owner's manual with no luck. Now here is the interesting part. My backup fob would let me start my vehicle but my vehicle wouldn't let me move the shifter because it did not recognize the fob that worked. So, basically I was "a ship with out of the water". I called Onstar who gave me roadside assistance. I was thinking that since my vehicle was serviced by the dealership I bought it at that is where the tow truck would take me. The driver of the tow truck and Onstar gave the closest dealer that was a Ford Titus-Wiil in Lakewood. But the tow driver said she has dealt with the Titus-Wiill Dealership om 112th and Pacific Ave and the people were nice and good people. I did not regret that choice. We arrived as they were closing up (maybe 5 minutes to being closed down) and I thank them for taking me. The counter people were not the regular counter people but got me started on the paperwork. I got a message from I am thinking the service manager the next morning thanking me for taking my vehicle there and that my vehicle will soon be worked on. If I had any questions please ask him. The next day I got a message from Onstar saying the antitheft alarm went off. I guessed it was the mechanics working on my vehicle. A while later got a text message that my vehicle was done. All I can say is everyone from the time I went there to the time I picked up my vehicle were great. Great customer service and from the mechanics that got my problem solved. Thank you all!

Titus is the brand name I've been associated with since high school and I am 61 years old and that should say a lot. I purchased my Ford 150 truck and oil changes for life was a big plus as to why I purchased because it has saved me hundreds of dollars. I RECOMMEND TITUS: PARKLAND CHEVROLET TO EVERYONE. No, only a shuttle service is available. But not Saturday and only within ten miles.
Yes they can to have certified mechanics deck and they can work on any model or make of vehicle.
