I went to this location as it was closer to home, and found everyone to be friendly and up front about most things. Unfortunately, my last visit I paid for items that did not get completed, and this was pointed out to me by my usual mechanic. I went for an oil change, on my particular vehicle in order to get to the oil, you need to remove the skid plates, multiple broken bolts, in place and completely missing ones are evidence that the oil change was never completed. I also requested an alignment, however my mechanic stated that if the vehicle got an alignment, they did nothing to it. Still drags to the left. Due to these factors I will not be returning to this location. The Auburn one has always been good to me.

We have always had excellent customer service with the Lisbon St ViP. They have gone out of their way to make sure our cars were in the best shape possible. The employees are amazing. Highly recommend them

I wanted to say that the location in Somersworth NH is Awesome!! Chris and Tim both are straight up good guys. I have been getting my fleet vehicles serviced here for a few years now and will continue to do so. I'm even bringing my personal vehicles there as well. Win people with service and they do just that!! Keep up the great work!!
