I am reviewing this as of Jan 3, 2022. This store is really not making any friends. There is always only one line opened and then 4 baggers standing around goofing off or just standing there. I'm not opposed to bag my own groceries but when you get one that walks away as soon as I walk up or one that is afraid her nail will break. Just very disappointing. Publix is coming to town soon yall. There is going to be competition..step it up went from being one of the best to one of the not so greateset. Your shelves are never stocked , there is always stuff in the isle. Please fix this..management needs to step in and have a look. Somebody isn't doing their job. My previous review is underneath so you can see the difference. Not losing hope with yall. Just wanting to let you know. Favorite Winn Dixie in jax. Very friendly staff and the store is always stocked and not dirty. The managers all greet you. I love going to my local grocery store knowing that I'm not in some nasty dirty clustered up whole in the wall. Thank you Whitehouse Winn Dixie❤️ As for the pharmacy I will never use this store. The woman pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever met. She lies and thinks that she is God .Well ... You loss my business along with many more for giving your judgemental opinion and not your advice. Pharmacist bare supposed to help, not this a Place. So store is great the pharmacy needs to get rid of the witch pharmacist she's making you look bad.

Aisle price doesn't match receipt. I bought a 45oz tub SEGE margarine marked on sale at $2.89. When I got home to tally up the receipt, I found I had been charged $5.19. I have tried on several occasions to reach customer service, but the site won't take my information.

Been coming to this store for years and the absolute GOAT is the bakery manager, Nichole? I think is her name. Always has a smile, always goes the extra mile and she’s an amazing cake decorator. I won’t go to any other grocery store bakery
