Came here after work and found the outside gate to garden section closed. I was purchasing a dozen bags of soil and asked if I could purchase the soil and load without walking without pushing the cart through the store. Two employees didn't know but couldn't help, one woman didn't want to help and had a terrible attitude. Also no employees were in the garden sections to help. I ran into an older woman that asked if there's any employees that help customers here and I reied "apparently not". She couldn't find help and followed me up to customer service to get someone to page someone because everyone she asked couldn't help or get her help. Never ran into this before. Mayna I think at the register was the one employee who was pleasant to have at the end for my purchase.

Lots of plants to choose from. Can almost always find an employee when you need one. I noticed most of their plants look super healthy, blueberries are starting to from and raspberries have leaves growing. Great prices and different sizes available.

As Home Depot’s go this is one of the better ones, but If any staff member tells you “inventory is never correct online” don’t believe them. In my experience their inventory tracking is great. Recently I was in a hurry to buy a hammer drill. 3 employees couldn’t find it even though the app said they had 7 in stock. Guy wasted 45 minutes of my time before coming up with that excuse. Many of my contractor buddy’s know this is a common excuse at HD. I found it in 3 minutes and had chase him down to show him where it was.

Great home Depot the staff was very friendly. I asked about getting a spare truck key made and had help within a couple min. Told them I just needed it to unlock the doors so I don't need a chipped key. I had my copy in hand in just a couple minutes. It worked on both the doors, bed and ignition. Great service for $3.50!! Also the restrooms are very clean.

Limit to how many customers are allowed in at once was what they were doing, though I believe they have moved to the mask and 6ft distance protocol. I have to give "The Home Depo", some appreciation for how they conducted, managed and ran the establishment throughout this whole pandemic b.s. From the very beginning of the pandemic they conducted business in a much more professional, rational manner then all the other large chain stores. Almost as if they had planned for such circumstances months prior. My line of work has me frequent the store often. From start and months out I visited probably every one of there stores from Portland and 60 miles out from every direction and every store was up and running square and following the exact protocol. Try the Home Depot app... Choose whichever store. It has up to date inventory...mostly
Online check is the way to go. You can check stock at several stores and even locate the aisle it is in before you get there (or have what you want ready and waiting for you).
