I came in today to pick up an online order and one of the items was missing and could not be located in the store. While at first this was obviously a bit frustrating, Emily in customer service assisted me and worked super hard to fix the issue. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient and made the experience much better despite the problems with the order. Thanks Emily!

We always have a positive experience at this location. They seem to be holding up alright despite the difficulties of running a business in PDX these days. What prompted this review in particular though is this: I was here this week with my partner and was guarding the cart while he looked for something. This took longer than expected, and as I peered around the corner, probably looking very irritable, a younger employee whose shift had ended for the day saw me, stopped, turned around and approached me and asked me how they could help me before they left for the day. I explained that I didn't actually need assistance and thanked them for checking on me. I thought this was worth leaving a positive review because this person really went out of their way to make sure I was getting service when they really didn't have to -- off the clock, not their section, and could have simply avoided me thinking I was an unhappy customer. Super friendly and helpful staff overall, but this person especially deserves a raise. 🧡

Worst experience I've ever had going to a home depot. Been going to home depot for a very long time and have Never been treated the way I was today. I went to buy a $4 thing of oil from my lawn mower and try to use a digital gift card and they acted like they'd never seen one before and kept asking me why don't I have the physical 1. They got 3 employees involved and even a manager. The manager did do a good job of resolving it because he was the only one that asked if the gift card had a pin which I pulled I pulled up. He then allowed me to use. It should have never got to this as I've been shopping here for many years and have never stolen anything in my life And that's how this location made me feel today. I will not go back I will choose a different location

If you take the tractor lawnmower's 15" wheels and tires to your local lawnmower repair shop, they might take them for salvage parts. You should also try a John Deere dealership or Kubota dealership where they might recycle them for you. You may even be able to make some money by selling them on eBay because one man's trash is another man's treasure!

I think the Home Depot also sells various colors of spray cans with which you can use to make signs, cover chips and nicks, or artwork.
