Customer service is awesome. It was quick fast and easy to be seen. Thanks MD Now. In the restroom was clean and the facility. Need to add some vending machines. So customers can have something to snack while waiting to be seen. Th

I went there for the first time, I asked the receptionist how long is the wait time and she said 45 minutes, there were only 4 people waiting. One and half hours later another paciente who was in front me was complaining about waiting 2 hours. I knew it was time to leave. They tell you anything to make you wait, their time and making money is more important than your time. That tells something about this place.

On 06/21/2022, I went to this place called EMERGENCY with my grandson because he had a fever of 104.0 degrees. It was surprising to me that I had to wait TWO HOURS for the child to receive medical attention, however, I had already asked at the front desk several times for the Doctor. I did not see other children before, during, or after during the period of time that I was there. No one goes to Emergency without need, least of all with a child. I consider that he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and inhumane. The staff are aware of this event, so I told them about it and told them that the quality of the service towards people was bad. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN. To end this comment, I tell you that there are cameras all the time. You can see the time I arrive, the time I was treated and the times I ask for the DOCTOR. I wish there was a minus 0 to rate a place . The most unprofessional place I’ve been. My mother was there to get a prescription for a dry cough. She had been to this location before last year with same issue and we ask the Dr got the same medication. He gave her a over the counter that didn’t do anything for her . Called them 24hs after asking for the right meds and they refused to , saying she needs to be evaluated again ! Or to do a teleconsultation so another Dr could give her a prescription?!? The most absurd thing ever ! A Dr that cannot send a different prescription for a cough bc he doesn’t know a better option?!? They do NOT CARE about patients. They DONT want to help them . All they want is to charge the insurance and waist peoples time . We will never again return to this location.
