Everybody is super nice here, the process was nice easy. My bestfriend and I needed a place asap cause we were given a 30 day notice from the place before and we were able to be mover out in 2 weeks from the time we were given notice. Natalie is amazing first and foremost, she made sure she gave us the run down from the beginning and gave us all the information we needed to be ready to move in. The management team here in general is great, very nice and welcoming.

I moved to this apartments 3yrs ago because i have family history here in this buildings since the year 2001, and also because i love the place & i was basically raised here and i have my own family now so we decided to rent here and keep the legacy and everything has been perfectly fine but lately i been feeling harassed by the staff and i tried speaking with the new property manager romina but she was very rude!!! I asked to speak to the landlord of the property and all i got for an answer from the property manager was i am your land lord so not only she made me feel bad she also made me feel so uncomfortable and i was very disappointed by the way she handled my concerns to me that was very unprofessional i would really like to get a hold of the landlord of this property to express myself to him/her about the way im being treated and I believe no tenant should have to live or go through this types of situations and feelings specially if all you been is a good tenant to the property in present day.

The team, Natalie in the office or Alex and his team in Maintenance & Engineering are what make living here better. They are always very helpful & friendly and try to provide excellent service. Though it is an older building the views of the park are rare to find in Miami. The pest control company has improved as well.

I have lived here the past 4 years and just moved to a larger apartment. The service is great and responsive. I can say that I've never had to wait more than several hours for a work order even on a weekend. The staff is constantly keeping the area clean. Natalie is amazing. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. Her willingness to work to solve issues makes this complex worth the rating.
