I had a very pleasant experience here. D'Andre, Yarelis, Sade, Leondra were EXTREMELY helpful with the rental services as well as references for an errand I needed to tend to. These are some very hard working and respectful people. Please talk to people with decency and respect and I guarantee you will receive the and then some. I mention this because I did witness a customer who was clearly agitated address D'Andre and was looking for problem. DeAndre maintained his composure the entire time and assisted the man professionally. (My reservation was in April I just found all of their business cards)

DONT BELIEVE THEM IF THEY SAY THE TYPE OF CAR YOU ASK FOR IS AVAILABLE. They will rig you in and ooops that one is gone and try to rent you something completely different. Lying to people. The specific luxury car I booked over the phone wasnt available when I went there after 20 MINUTES. They said corporate office lie to customers about car availability. They thought I was going to rent their cheap mini van when I found out that Thoe isnt available since I am already there. I felt like trapped with 2 kids after an uber ride. I waisted time money and energy. Extremely dishonest company.

When we arrived, they had us wait for a long time as they got the car ready. When we received it, it smelled like a mix of marijuana and air freshener, a smell we couldn’t get rid of for the entirety of our rental time. As soon as we turned the car on, the low tire pressure light came on and the brakes weren’t great. Our time to return the car was 9 AM, we walked in as soon as they opened and they asked us to take our seat. Another lady walked in after us and they assisted her with returning her car and told us that they would be with us in a second. Overall, don’t expect a quick trip to pick up your rental, I would set 1 hour+ aside for this. Service wasn’t great, just okay.
