Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. The receptionist was rude, and they cancelled and rescheduled multiple times for a simple service call. Once they came to address the problem the issue was still not resolved. I attempted to call again and see if they could help and the receptionist was rude and couldn't assure that we could get put on the calendar. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Went in looking for a used ice machine, but Karen gave me such a great deal on a brand new Hoshizaki that I couldn’t pass it up. Excellent customer service and Karen is very knowledgeable. They also have a large selection of restaurant equipment, bought a 150 QT pot for cooking big batches of lobsters, Highly recommend Global!
