The short, obese, clipped grey haired lady direction traffic around noon today 8/3/22 is very rude and unhelpful. Her attitude was not appropriate and when asked for her name nobody would give it and she kept her back to us so we couldn't see it. First and last time here. The other lady was nice and tried to defuse the situation but with the female version of the penguin laughing it just made it worse.

Well run and reasonable prices. The staff in the dump area are great.

Very neat effecient and clean for personal cars, truck or vans to drive in with stuff.

Great customer service with nice attitudes and smiles. Easy to talk to about various things in your haul. There’s no need to live in squalor, just dump it right with a smile.

They charge by the Ton. $95 per ton plus a $12 transfer fee. You would probably be looking at about $25-35.
Lexi, yes you can. Garbage is a minimum $40 fee up to the first 360 pounds. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call 503-234-3000 or message an expert at https://www.oregonmetro.gov/tools-living/garbage-and-recycling/ask-expert.
Construction material prior to 2003 requires asbestos testing. I had it tested at Labcor Portland. It's $40 per 1"x1" sample with a 5 business day turn time, or you can pay more if you want it faster. If it is asbestos free, print out the paperwork they email you after testing and bring it with you to the transfer station. I'm not sure what you do if it tests positive.
The Portland metro recycling web site has all that info for you.
No. Try Hillsboro or s&h logging
Yes
Yes, but the hazardous waste is not open on sundays
Metro’s minimum garbage fee is $35 for up to 360 pounds of waste. Please call our garbage and recycling hotline at 503-234-3000 for addresses of our facilities, hours and preparation details.
Yea and for commercial it's $115 per ton... Crazy everything went up 20% in June or July I believe
Metro Central is open every holiday except Christmas and New Years
I'm pretty sure they do. There's a minimum fee per carload though, so it would be best to take more junk at the same time if you have any.
That really depends on the size. The 25' Bayliner ran 350.00. you have to make sure all fluids have been drained. But that is the biggest they take for weight charge. Anything over that is $65.00 a foot to salvage.
Yes we took them there. Very helpful folks.
$28.00 for the first 300 lbs
I've gone around 230-3 on on weekdays and it was almost empty.
Yes, I am 99% positive they do
what is the dump fee
