What has happened to this once amazing store? For months, this location had little to nothing on their shelves. However, they do seem to have more merchandise now. Everything is still well priced. This location has a large selection of home goods and clothing, which I prefer as opposed to the other locations where they may focus more on furniture or building materials. However, the employees that have recently been hired are not at all friendly or kind. There is one young girl with long blonde hair who I've now witnessed complaining about her job/customers very loudly at least three times. She is extremely unfriendly, does not greet you and gives older customers attitude when I've seen them ask questions. The employees used to be older folks and those with disabilities who were all so kind. These new employees have a lot to learn. Very, very sad.

Yes, all our ReStores accept donations. Our current hours at the Portland, Beaverton and Vancouver stores is Thursday through Monday, 10-6. The Gresham ReStore is open Thursday through Sunday. To get the latest about hours and donation guidelines, go to pdxrestore.org. Thank you!
You would have to just go by there and look they won't be able to answer that on here but I can tell you from my experience they have a lot of things and if you keep checking in store you'll probably find it.
We have a separate entrace and exit, we limit store capacity, we require face masks and social distancing practices, and we do not accept cash. Thanks for asking!

Gary, only our Portland (10445 SE Cherry Blossom Dr.) and our Beaverton ReStores are currently open. And, I'm sorry, we are unable to offer delivery services. However, there are several local delivery services that will pickup from our stores and deliver to your home or office. There is info inside our stores on some of these companies. Stay tuned for an announcement on when we will be able to reopen ReStores in Gresham and Vancouver. Information will be posted at pdxrestore.org and on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Also, you can shop ReStore's online store at pdxrestore.org. Items purchased online can be picked up at our warehouse in NE Portland by appointment.
They will come to pick up large donated items but I doubt they deliver, non profit, so if they don't charge you their losing donated funds but can't charge you cause no definite line when it's a profit.
I believev they do. I know the one at mall 205 has trucks there.
I am not employed by this company, however if it is in working order, I believe it is an item that would be accepted. I am reasonably certain that last summer they were selling an a/c unit, which leads me to believe they accept air conditioners. Good luck!

Habitat ReStores in the Portland Metro area are open 10am to 6pm, 7 days a week. We accept donations during all business hours, and for items too large to fit in your presonal vehicle, you can schedule a donation pickups for any day of the week. Thanks for asking, Robin.
