Even though my printing order wasn’t able to be fulfilled at this location, Zach and the team there were great about working with nearby stores to get it done by my same day deadline! The only reason I’m rating four stars instead of five is because I had to call them to check on a status without knowing what had happened with my order. Not sure if they would’ve called me in time to make my deadline. Chris and Zach were very enjoyable to talk to over the phone even with the situation being what it was. Thanks guys!

I arrived to buy a computer monitor that they had in stock. They don't have them where the public can grab them, nor do they seem to have any employees besides the one at the cash register and at the print counter. I was there for 15 minutes with no help. I literally wanted to be able to give them money. I left and headed to Best Buy.
