The mobile deposit app doesn't work very well. 1 out of every 10 deposits won't go through. You closed my Raliegh Hills branch, and opened one in uptown. Not very convenient for me. I'm afraid that I'm slip sliding away.

Washington Federal did modify the name, to WaFd Bank. We are still the same bank you trust. We launched the simplified name because the previous title did not emphasize that we are a bank. Our solution? Put the word “bank” in our name - WaFd Bank.
