The only thing that upsets to me if I smoke Marlboro 72 golds and they are always out of them.I always went there for everything and now I go somewhere else.

Took all night to do a simple return. My tax preparer clearly had no idea what she was doing and was left to man the office on her own. I don’t blame her for this but maybe she should have been trained better or had proper help. I don’t at all trust my taxes were prepared properly I was never even offered a copy of my return for my records I was to the printer was broken and I could download it. On top of all this the office smells horrible. If you want to trust that you’re getting professional service don’t go here.

I always use Jackson Hewitt for my taxes and overall I always received good service but unfortunately not this time, I'm single no dependents so normally they charge me between $38 and $45 for my taxes plus whatever amount to have them deposited on my bank account. Last year the person who prepared my taxes want me to pay for fees that I shouldn't pay and it took me 30 minutes to make him understand why, anyways I thought he didn't know about that so I let it go so this year I go back to the same place and same person was there and I gave him another opportunity and let him to do my taxes, what a mistake. because previous year I paid around $100 for my takes when he told me that will be $105 I agreed on that and I was with the thinking that the $50 extra to deposit my takes on my account was included like other years but no it wasn't and today I realized that they charged me $155, I went there today and tried to explained me why but he didn't understand. I'm an immigrant and I understand we all have accents when talking English but this guy is something else, he can barely communicate but couldn't understand a simple question. why I got charge $105 when I paid $38 or $45 on previous year I hope someone in Jackson Hewitt can answer this question for me. Besides that I will never ever going back to that place any more and the people that went there because I referred them will do the same.
