I took my car into this shop the brakes where grabbing and slipping the manager told me I needed rotors and brake pads on the back over $800 later by the way it was $600 no explanation but an additional $200+ was added to the bill . I drove a way the brakes brakes doing the same thing now they say oops it was the front brakes replaced rotors and brakes on the front another 700+ dollars and it is still doing the same thing. The brakes are now worse than they wore when I took it to them.I am headed back there for the last time they better fix it with no charge so now I have been without a vehicle for over 3 days and still I safe brakes whatever you do do not Take your car here! Yup

The service was great. I went in for an oil change and to get my back brakes changed off of some advice from a previous visit in which someone told me what to go get. So I go in and the parts didn’t fit the back brakes and the location was wayyyy too overbooked to the point where they told me “I’ll see if I can get you in today” when I had made the appointment a week in advance. Would still recommend, they just need to work on their organization skills.

The manager made a big deal about not being able to see me at the time despite the fact that I scheduled an appointment online. When I asked if I had to leave, he then said he was able to accommodate me since I could drop off my car. He then proceeded to rush me to sign the receipt in the beginning before I dropped off my car. After the oil change and he sent me a report on my car, I just told him I would hold off on repairing the items that they recommended on the report. Then he decided to have an attitude since I decided not to spend more money on the repair. When I returned to pick up my car, I noticed that the bill was more than what I signed initially so I asked to see the receipt I signed in the beginning. He showed me the receipt with him holding it in front of my face but he would not let me take it and read it at my convenience until I asked him to. The whole experience was rude demeaning and condescending and no I will never go back for even a simple oil change.

This is our second time at Meineke. Last month we got an oil change and now we’re back for front brakes. The sign out front says ‘Under New Management’ so we were nervous, but this place is great! It’s professional, quick and the place is clean and pleasant. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Their prices are quite reasonable. We’ll continue doing business with them.
