How can a local company not allow a local resident to not be able to stay in the hotel. We are flooded out of our home and this establishment will not allow us to stat there. Please do not stay in this hotel. The worst customer service ever!!!

Americana Inn is in bad shape....the best thing about them is their pool. Rooms need to be revamped and things repaired. A lot of the rooms were infested by bed bugs.

Seems a lot if hotels here do that. Go to next closest town, should be ok.

If this Inn has bed bugs and it is reported, it should be promptly closed down!
