It wasn't fancy, but we definitely got our money's worth. The view from the balcony was great and the breakfast was pretty good, too. It's a good location for pigeon forge and gatlinburg activities. We enjoyed using the pool also. The staff was courteous and responsive, and everything was in good working order. The only downsides were a smaller bathroom, and the AC by the door cooled down one side of the room very well, but left the other side a bit too warm. But like I said, for the price I give it 5 stars.

For the price and location, this was a great little place. I liked the divided room aspect for a family with kids! But had to give the kids the "better" side with the view and bathroom so that I could be closer to the a/c. The a/c struggles to cool both sides evenly. I'll take a/c in summer over view though and the kids didn't mind so, worked for us. Breakfast is better than most hotels breakfasts with choices most kids would find something to eat. Location is close to Dollywood which is why we chose it. Less than 10 minutes to the park. Parking is strange but it works. GPS is tricky with the building - sent us to the other side of the creek first and the same for our door dash person delivering food so may need to assist someone finding a room in that case. Room was clean, bathroom small, small porch overlooking the creek. I would love to see railings more close together on the porch though. Had to guard my toddler every second when he, though not likely would fall through, could squeeze through if he tried. We will likely be back! Was a great spot overall. Thanks!

The location of this Inn has been great, close to everything and backs up to a creek. We even cracked our door at night to listen to the creek. The breakfast was also amazing, best hotel breakfast I have ever had. We needed sheets for a pack and play available for the room (this is so uncommon without an extra fee now days so big plus!) and had to call the front desk, they were super helpful and fast. However, parking isn’t that great unless you park across the street and walk over and the carpet and smell of the rooms are awful.

I enjoyed my overnight stay. The bathroom was extremely small and only one side of the room was kept cool from the AC unit. The other side would get really warm at night. The room looked newly remodeled and was clean. We loved the creek view from the balcony. It made it seem very cozy. I wouldn't mind coming back and having their breakfast. The staff talked it up and they were very friendly as well.

I believe I saw an iron but can't remember a board.
This is supposed to be a question about the place, not a review...
For Creekstone Inn, you should join Smokey Mountain Rewards at front desk. Its free to join. Lots of discounts and earn rewards.
I think it is. I heard a small dog in the room next door us when we were there last week. Might have a pet fee that applies, you would have to check with the office
