The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the floors in the room where nasty we did call they came a mopped was satisfied but you shouldn't have too call these rooms should be absolutely clean and sanitized for you. I was really dissapointed also we got a balcony room overlooking river couldn't even sit at there for the spider webs everywhere also on chairs under seats and down legs of chairs. The balcony should be prepared also if you paid too enjoy it. Would have loved to get up in the morning or evening enjoy sitting out there was my main reason for wanting it too listen to the water and unwind. Other than that everything else was fine everyone nice.

What a great place to stay! One of the best places for kids to stay. This is a great place to go if you have children, and the attractions are all close by this hotel and right on the strip. So many shops, mini golf, go karts, rides for small children, restaurants, souvenir shops so much to do. We went to the Titanic and it was absolutely beautiful, as well as the aquarium. The kids will never be bored! Rooms were clean and nice. Continental breakfast was wonderful! What a wonderful place to go and have fun with your children or grandchildren. The kids loved it I loved it and you will too! If you're looking for a quiet place to stay and more of an adult place this is not the place to go, keep that in mind. Thank you to the staff for making our visit a great one!

We do a family trip every year to pigeon forge and this is our second year in a row staying at willow brook! It’s very convenient location and fun for the kiddos who like a water slide. Love the balcony to sit and relax. The ONLY thing i would recommend is bringing a sound machine if staying close by to the pool and have small children the pool stays open till 11 and is usually very loud and made It a little difficult to keep my 2 year old asleep. But over all satisfied and will continue to come back each year!

Reading some reviews makes me think some people just look for problems. This lodge is a solid three star establishment so don't expect 5 star accommodations. For what they provide versus the cost paid it is a 5 star value. Is it perfect?, no but is anything? The rooms are mostly clean nothing to really complain about, they do not have a daily maid service just fresh towels and emptying trash. Like most places it is blamed on covid but I think daily full service maid service is a thing of the past, I don't really mind though. Had a problem with the AC and it was replaced within about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and always went above and beyond with any requests or just interesting conversation. A buffet/continental breakfast is served daily and it is OK. I can do better at home but I don't have to make and serve it here. The pools and hot tubs were good and heated but the outdoor hot tub was down and didn't open again until the day we left. If I return back to Pigeon Forge we will definitely stay here again.

Yes, right in the middle of it all. There is a great pizza place right beside it. Best pretzel bites and pizza I have had outside of Italy!! The rooms are spacious and very neat. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay away from home!!
Im not sure about military discount but they do for returning customers. Give them a call to ask.
Check availability on their website. :)
Yes the outdoor pool is fenced in on the front side of the building. The indoor poor is in one of the buildings on the backside of the parking lot circle
