This stay? Meh. I had greater expectations for a Hilton. The common areas/lobby were clean and appealing. We had a double queen suite with balcony that needed a bit of updating. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and molding in some places. The lighting in the room needs updating, as it still left the room very dark/dimly lit. It was just myself and my husband in the room, but after only one shower, we were out of hot water. When I called downstairs to the front desk to see if others had reported this issue, I was informed each room had their own individual heating element for the hot water and that maintenance would come up to look at it. Maintenance never showed up after an hour waiting. I asked for a percentage of our bill to be compensated since we had inadequate hot water, but that was denied. In short, our stay was very disappointing. Find a newer, brighter, and more functional room for your hard-earned $400 a night.

Great stay! This place was so nice, clean, comfy, kurieg in the room comfy. The beds were so comfy cozy good, we heard a great experience all around. Made to order breakfast was very tasty, eating dining area very large, clean, with much attention to cleanliness. We were there for a conference, so enjoyed our stay in every way. Plenty of parking, exceptionally helpful staff, quick check in and check out, quiet, peaceful getaway for us. We WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. Very centrally located to many attractions, off the main highway out of the heavy traffic. Great!

This hotel and it's staff are super friendly. Great, clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar! We hosted a small event and everything was ready to specifications as soon as we arrived. Overall very satisfied and can't wait to go back again!

Very nice hotel and perfect/convenient location. Rooms were clean and lobby was immaculate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The absolute best part of everyday was breakfast. The chef, Nick, always prepared delicious food fresh by order and was always upbeat and making everyone around smile. Our server Jennifer learned our preferences and always strived to have the table set and our preferred condiments/drinks ready to go. Nick & Jennifer really made our stay so wonderful and welcoming. They were definitely a highlight of each day and what we will remember most about our stay. The only complaint we have are the beds. They are extremely firm and we were not able to sleep comfortably. We had to book a massage at a nearby spa during our stay because our backs were in so much pain from the bed. The staff did try to put a duvet underneath the fitted sheet to make it better, but it still was not comfortable.
