Great location with river flowing on backside of property, rocking chairs available to enjoy scenic river view, view of smoky mountains from our balcony with sunset. Clean,.comfortable room. King room is spacious with sofa sleeper. Elevators to reach all 5 floors including basement and plenty of parking available on site.

The place was nice and clean, staff was friendly, had a pool w we also had a nice balcony that could see the river. Loved the seating outside the hotel. Breakfast was good ,nice little choices. The only issues I had was the walls are super thin and the shower in our room wouldn't drain quickly when showering so I would have a bath and shower lol but over all a pretty good hotel.

Overall this was a good stay for the price we paid. My husband and I stayed in the king suite with a jacuzzi and fireplace. The breakfast was good, plenty of options. The staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect. My only complaint was that only 2 of the jets in the jacuzzi worked.

We stayed here this past weekend and it was lovely. Lobby and hallways were very clean and staff were very friendly. Our room was extremely nice and everything was clean as smelled amazing. We enjoyed some time at the pool and it was lovely as well. Free breakfast was provided and it was a great selection. Location was wonderful and close to everything. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning in the future.
