I placed an order with Toppers on Grand Ave 5/21/22. That was the last time I will ever order from them again. Because of miscommunication with the delivery driver. After waiting 2 hours for our food I called the store to find out what was going on, the store manager told me the driver called me and couldn't get in touch with me. So she left our food outside. I did not have a missed call or text on my phone I was confused. I went to the front door to find our food setting on the ground cold. when I opened the box there were ants crawling all over the food. I did call and demand to speak with the general manager, all I want is my refund. The delivery driver should have taken our order back to the store instead of setting it on the ground. Thanks to her they lose a loyal customer.

Ordered the vegan cheese bread from this location through DoorDash. Previously, DoorDash went through a different location and their cheesy bread at that location was amazing! This was barely edible. Most of it was this dry, rough, almost like burnt pizza crust but it tasted awful. A tiny portion actually had anything on it, and whatever they used under the cheese was too thick and tasted off. I tried to consume bits and pieces of this, but I’m nauseated after trying to eat this. Spent $30 to get this through DoorDash. Such a disappointment. Update: Tried ordering again and this time it was much better!

PIZZA WAS 3 HOURS LATE, COLD, AND UNCOOKED. 6:30pm: Called toppers and ordered a large pizza, cheese curds, and wings. Told them I had a coupon for a free pizza. They charged me $29.95 which I said sounded high (but not as high as the guy on the phone). After getting off the phone I checked the price and they had over charged. I called back and they said I would have to call back when their computers were working. I asked how long it would be and I was handed to someone else. They asked for my name to bring up the order and then said oh ok you have two orders of cheese curds, what's the issue? I told him I was overcharged. He said he couldn't do anything about it except cancel the order and start over. So we started over. I ordered the same thing but this time he said they didnt have wings. I said ok. . . Just the pizza and cheese curds. I was charged $12 and he said it would be 30 minutes. 8pm. I called back because the pizza never showed up. The guy said it was out for delivery. I asked when it left and he had to go check. When he came back he told me it just came out of the oven but they were still waiting for the cheese curds and that it should be there within 30 min. I am located 5 min from the Toppers location. 8:30pm I called back because there was still no pizza. They said it was on its way. . . 9:00pm. This time my wife called. . .  They said it would be there any minute. 9:30pm Wife called again and was livid. Demanded it be delivered. They said they were making a brand new order for us and it would be there asap. 9:35, Pizza showed up. They send two cold pizzas and cold cheese curds. Everything felt like it was 3 hours old. Oh and all of the pizza dough was uncooked. If anyone wants my free pizza coupon let me know. But I dont recommend toppers. . .
