The hotel was decent for the area. However, I was a little disappointed with the room. Tiny 2 bed room. Honestly, we’ve stayed at a local 2 star that was comparable to this hotel. There was mold by the back door, dirt on the walls over the couch and the porch hadn’t been swept in a while. Hotel staff that we interacted with were not friendly and acted as if they could care less that we chose to stay at their hotel. We won’t be staying here again.

My accommodations were fine, but the people should be a bit more helpful and honest. I had an issue with billing and the lady at the front desk assured me it would be taken care of. Days later after checking out the charges were still incorrect so I called and spoke to a manager who was no help at all. I then called Hilton customer service who then said the issue could only be resolved at the Hotel. What??? Why is there customer service if you cannot help the customer? I am so fed up with Hilton and the way they refuse to solve simple problems. It would have not taken much to rectify the problem but they just seems to not give a damn. I used to be super loyal to Hilton Brands but no more! They are is no loyalty to customers even though I have been with them faithfully for years , a diamond member, a Hilton owner, but none of that matters when you have a problem… no loyalty at all. This was definitely the last straw and I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere!

I just have to say that the staff here is incredible. Every staff member I encountered was beyond sweet and welcoming, you can tell they love coming to work and I think that says a lot about the management staff. You can tell they are treated with respect and I love that! The housekeeping staff and manager Jocelyn went above and beyond for myself and my daughter. The ladies at the restaurant/bar were incredibly sweet even when they were extremely busy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone :) The Montague’s will absolutely be back!!!!

One of the best hotels in Pigeon Forge. Super convenient to everything in the city and has a great view of the Mountains, river and the parkway "Strip". The hotel is well laid out and a beautiful design. Staff provided top notch service. Bar & restaurant provides excellent food and drinks. I highly recommend booking your next stay at this particular location.
