We have been staying here since it opened 15 years ago. It’s always been a five star experience. My kids say they love it more than the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. The indoor and outdoor pools are fun with the slide. Free coffee and lemonade all day. Freshly baked cookies every day at 8pm. The two room suites are especially nice with a kitchen and large Christmas tree.

The hotel was decorated beautifully. The staff was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and had a variety of food. I enjoyed my stay so much. I had a very good time there. They had a singing Santa. I can't wait to go back. The room was very nice and comfortable.

What's not to love? This place is amazing. It is Christmas year-round here, every single room is full-on decorated for Christmas, complete with Christmas tree, and who could resist nightly cookies before bed and visits from Santa? As a hotel, this place is amazing and truly what I would expect from a boutique hotel experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast here is incredible (there's actually a person making omelets to your liking at one station), and there are doormen and bellhops, something you just don't see in this area. All of this while still maintaining a welcoming, family friendly, casual atmosphere. No matter what time of year, you will absolutely love staying here!

Over the top beautiful place. No matter what time of year it is celebration is in the air. I highly recommend coming anytime of the year. Currently celebrating my 22nd anniversary and we were given a special gift and lots of kindness. The room is extremely nice and clean. The balcony view is gorgeous. Staff members are friendly and there are plenty of activities throughout the day to do.

The room we stayed in had 2 very comfortable beds with wonderful pillow. Bathroom is a great size and very clean all the way around. We had neighbors but did not know until we went out inti hall. No noise. We did not have a balcony but we did go in cold weather so that was ok. Service is great and breakfast is amazing.

Yes! I've been there twice now and both times did not disappoint. It's a must stay.
Honestly I do not know, but there are two other people that are faster than me who say yes 😊. I do know it is a beautiful place.

They have info on their website
I'm not sure. Give them a call. They should be able to answer your question. Happy New Year!
When you check in, they give you an ornament. Also let them know that you are celebrating your anniversary and they will place it on the silent radio board in the lobby for all to see. In addition, they give you a special ornament to keep. They have a curio cabinet of items that you can buy there.
Instead of waiting for them to reply on Google, why dont you call them instead? Youll get an instant response when they answer the phone. They will respond here but asking questions such as that is counter productive. Remember they old adage, phone first, youll always know...
Janet, our elf rewards is a separate program for the hotel only. You can use your rewards toward a future stay, or to purchase retail items we have available here.

It is about $12.99 per person for non-inn guests, according to the sign in the main breakfast room.
You can check out an hour late upon request
We take Visa, Discover, Amex, Mastercard, and Diners Club Cards
We were staying at the Inn just over two weeks ago, and I asked the front desk thr same question; the clerk said that he was due to return November 04, 05, & 06 of 2018. However, they didn't know the actual showtimes, yet.
We do not have recliners, but if you need to have one in the room, we can arrange to rent one for your stay and have it in your room.
Yes, every room has Christmas decor. Depending on the room, some have larger or smaller (down to table-top size) Christmas trees, and every room has decorative Christmas pillows, Christmas decor in the sleeping and bathroom areas, and winter prints on the walls. Two-room suites have two Christmas trees. Our Santa Suite has the most Christmas decor of all, including a Santa costume in the bedroom! We hope you'll come and check us out!
We are not a pet friendly hotel. But there are a few local options for boarding your pets if you decide to bring them along.
Call the hotel directly for expected weather and best prices.
We do not have any rooms with bunk beds, but we do have roll aways available. Also select rooms have a pull out sleeper sofa.
This is our 2 queen no balcony but view facing the courtyard.
I don't think so with all the restrictions right now.
