They have a comprehensive web site that explains everything. The have reasonable hours, and are very helpful on the phone. Not sure what you mean by "timeline", but i had no problem scheduling a weekday float with just a couple of days notice between Christmas and New Year. During the weekends, it might be tougher.
Depends if you have Groupon, which used to be about $45 for 90 minute float. I would call them to find out pricing without a Groupon.
If you get a GROUPON (when they have them) the pricing is better. The timeline for use on one of those is 2 to 3 months depending on the business. I would say the price is QUITE worth it. You feel so much better after & the staff are so lovely. It's kept pristine which I love as well.
