I've never been to a Post Office, where I'm greeted with such incredible Customer Service. It's not just one employee, it's the whole team! Leon, Vinh, Tranh, and Theresa all make this typical nuisance of an errand, a very enjoyable interaction. They always try and find a way to save you money, while making sure your package gets delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Really Appreciate the West Slope USPS Team! Thanks for all you do

After having to come pick up my mail for over a month at the post office they don’t have an update on when my community mailbox will be installed. The manager of this location tried holding one of my packages, and having to ask multiple times to check for something she finally comes back with my package, I actually thought there was a law forbidding then from holding your mail, but I’m not 100% sure on that. Her attitude is terrible she is rude and doesn’t care in the least about the people that rely on their mail delivery even though we pay their paycheck. Very poor customer service.

I'm puzzled by the reviews of rude/bad service at this location. I send a lot of mail (a few hundred pieces a year, mostly decorated mail art, sometimes international packages) and frequently have weird questions or need help with customs forms, and the staff here have been super patient, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about obscure postal regs (there are a lot of them, and at this point I am more familiar with them than many clerks, and I've had few experiences with clerks who weren't thrilled about mail art - but not here). Leon and David have been especially great. Sometimes they are understaffed at busy times and have to pull people from the back, but it's a small post office with only so much counter space. (I also haven't had any problems with our mail carriers over the years.) It's always frustrating when mail gets lost or damaged, but honestly, given the massive volume of mail in the world, the system works amazingly well and the USPS does a generally good job. Except for the terrible parking lot, this is my favorite post office.

Yes, they do, but this location tends to be very busy and run out of supplies often.

Contacting the post office directly is probably the way to get this resolved.
