Ewww… the woman at the counter assisting people who is probably the same one claimed in the previous comments has a DISGUSTING attitude. Absolutely nastyy.. she was so disrespectful to an older gentlemen who was just curious as to where to find his package, she pushed him away so rudely and when he asked, confused again, what should I do? She says “Nothing, you should do nothing. I don’t know what to tell you.” Unfortunately I’ll have to return for future packages and I’d hope not to deal. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

This is mostly a generalized review, but this processing center, is the worst. I’ve had packages stay here, an entire week. USPS has to be the most inefficient company ever. Think about it, if ANY OTHER BUSINESS did the things USPS does, you would no longer do business with them. If any other company was consistently late on deadlines, and consistently lost their projects or work, and had rude, incompetent employees, they’d be done for. However, we’re grandfathered into this relationship with USPS, where we are forced to accept those services. It’s outrageous that they screw up, so regularly and with such intensity, and we all just act like it’s nothing. This local post office, doesn’t even have two stars on Google. USPS should be embarrassed by their reoccurring mistakes, and mess ups. It’s so bizarre that the American people are willing to put up with this, when we would never accept this behavior, from any other company.

I feel kinda bad leaving a bad review for the post office, but they deserve this one. They refused to work with me when the package sent to my old address had my husband's name on it. He's sick so I'm not going to make him drive in. Won't accept a call from him or a pic of his ID, he HAS to come in to get it. Also how did the post office get their own address wrong? "Cystal" Springs?

If they don't pick up the phone, just try again after a while...coz they do answer their phone and will help you with what you need. I never had a bad experience here, and their delivery people are great especially the grandpa that do our mail. Just take note, this location doesn't sell stamps nor give away shipping boxes.

Yes you can as long as you have proof of address and ID.
No. You can though at eastport retail located in eastport plaza
Go inside and ask,
Yes. At any post office you can get a a card to fill out. You can call any post office and have a change of address kit mailed to you.
You would use the trimet #72 bus which runs along 82nd ave. Crystal Springs Blvd is between Harney and Lambert. Once you arrive at Crystal Springs, you would walk one block East. The office will be on your left.
